Ortho Rehabilitation @ Waratah

A well renowned multidisciplinary program led by our team of rehabilitation physicians. It is created for people following any Orthopaedic surgery or multi trauma or joint replacements.

Your patient will be assessed by our multidisciplinary team to identify their current limitations and goals for therapy.

A tailored rehabilitation program will then be designed to address their individual needs.

A post program discharge report will also be provided to yourself.

On completion of the program, your patient will be provided with an individualized home exercise program to enable the maintenance of their condition.

Orthopaedic @ waratah is a program made available for in-patient and outpatient day program.
