Dr Sahan Chandrasekara is a Respiratory & Sleep Physician who enjoys working with patients to help them understand their condition, improve their quality of life & access the most appropriate evidence-based treatment.
He practices across the full breadth of respiratory & sleep disorders.
He however has special interests in complex sleep disorders, sleep & respiratory sequelae of cardiac disease, workup of lung cancer & management of asthma (including with biologics).
Sahan has been accredited by the Thoracic Society of Australia & New Zealand to perform thoracic ultrasound, intercostal catheter insertion & bronchoscopy.
He is happy to be contacted by GPs for advice or to discuss patient management
