Craig is a Colorectal Surgeon at the Epworth Hospital in Melbourne, and the Sydney Adventist Hospital in Sydney. He is an Associate Professor at the University of Melbourne and completed his post-fellowship training in Colorectal Surgery at the Cleveland Clinic, Cleveland, Ohio, and St Vincents Hospital in Melbourne.
