Dr Negin Sedaghat FRACS is a distinguished Specialist General Surgeon with subspecialisation in Breast Surgery & Surgical Oncology as well as Endocrine Surgery. Dr Sedaghat is BreastSurgANZ certified in Breast Surgery, awarded Professional Certification with distinction in Oncoplastic Breast Surgery (USYD) and a member of both Breast and Endocrine Multidisciplinary Teams.
Dr Sedaghat's commitment to patients extends well beyond the operating room. Every day, she strives to bring the most effective surgical treatments to people within Sydney and beyond. For both her and her team, its the patients best interests first - always. Dr Sedaghats goal is to use the most effective treatments and surgical procedures individualised to each person and their condition for truly optimised, world-class quality care.
Dr Sedaghat is the current MD Discipline Lead for Patient Safety & Quality at Macquarie University, Clinical Examiner with the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons and invited to assist the editorial boards of international surgical research journals on numerous occasions. In addition to her specialist surgical practice, Negin enjoys being involved in community-building endeavours. Most notably, she is a co-founder of the Fiji Village Project.
