About Sarah Kamel
Dr Sarah Kamel graduated from The University of Melbourne and undertook her clinical training at the PeterMac Cancer Centre and St Vincents Public Hospital, Melbourne. Dr Sarah has an interest in malignant haematology as well a clotting disorders. She is dual trained in haematology with qualifications not only in clinical haematology, but laboratory haematology as well. This allows Dr Sarah to seamlessly integrate laboratory testing into clinical care.
Dr Sarah uses the most up to date evidence based medicine in the care of her patients. She is a member of the Haematology Society of Australia and New Zealand, the American Society of Hematology, the Australasian Leukemia and Lymphoma Group in addition to the International Society on Thrombosis and Haemostasis.
