Specialist Training
Dr Siva undertook his medical training in Sri Lanka, where he attained a Bachelor of Medicine & Bachelor of Surgery in 2000, a Master of Surgery in 2005, & became a General Surgeon in 2007. After moving to Australia in 2007, he commenced work as a General Surgeon at Hervey Bay & Maryborough Hospitals, Queensland, in 2010, & became a Fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons in 2013

VMO Lakeview Private Hospital, VMO St Stephens Private Hospital in Hervey Bay (available for consultation and procedures at both locations).
Senior Lecturer at the University of Queensland since 2015, supervises surgical trainees & teaches medical students.
