Dr De Lacavalerie has specialised training in Colorectal, General and Robotic Surgery, and is happy to treat all General Surgery conditions, but has a particular interest in the minimally invasive treatment of Bowel cancer and hernia repair, the multidisciplinary assessment and management of Obstetric anal sphincter injuries at her Sydney OASI specialist clinic and the management of HPV related anal Dysplasia and anal cancer

She works at multiple Private Hospitals in Sydney and Central Coast.

Penelope prides herself on her ability to empathise with her patients and in been available through their surgical journey. She is happy to be contacted directly by general practitioners and other specialists. She strongly believes in Integrative care where her patients and their families are at the mainstay of it all.
