Kareem Marwan

Mr Kareem Marwan is a consultant general surgeon with subspecialty in colorectal (lower gastrointestinal) surgery.
His practice is largely minimally invasive with Robotic Surgery at the centre of it.
He has a keen interest in endoscopy and advanced lower GI endoscopic surgery. A lot of the treatments offered are minimally invasive or keyhole (Laparoscopic & Robotic surgery). This allows for quick recovery and shorter hospital stay. Bowel Resection, Hernia repair, and Gallbladder surgery are at the centre of these minimally invasive procedures.
Mr Marwan has a public appointment at Eastern Health and a specialist surgical practice in the eastern suburbs private hospitals.
