Dr Anita Jacombs is an Australian-trained female General Surgeon who provides treatment for all general surgical conditions. She has specialty training in Hernia Surgery & minimally invasive treatment of Varicose Veins & Chronic Venous Insufficiency.

Hernia Repair
Her skills include all aspects of diagnosis of & surgery for primary hernias as well as uncommon & complex hernias including incisional hernias, recurrent hernias, hernia complication, groin pain, sports hernias & rectus diastasis. She has advanced skills in open, laparoscopic & robotic hernia surgery. Dr Jacombs is active in surgical innovation & research to improve the safety & efficacy of hernia surgery & regularly presents her findings at National & International Conferences.

Varicose Veins
Dr Anita Jacombs has undertaken post-Fellowship training in the diagnosis & treatment of Venous Diseases of the Legs including Varicose Veins, Chronic Venous Disease, Venous Ulcers & deep venous thrombosis. She uses advanced endovenous techniques to treat many of these conditions
