Dr Alexandra Varol

Dr Alexandra Varol graduated from Medicine at The University of Newcastle in 1998. After working in general medicine for a number of years she developed an interest in dermatology and undertook a period of research on skin healing and rejuvenation in Australia, Sweden and Switzerland. She was admitted to the degree of Master of Science (Medicine) at The University of NSW in 2004. Subsequently, Dr Varol undertook extensive specialist training in dermatology at St Vincents, Royal North Shore and Liverpool Hospitals as well as The Skin and Cancer Foundation and was admitted as a fellow of the Australasian College of Dermatologists. She has published a number of research and clinical papers in peer-reviewed Australian and European Dermatology Journals.
