Dr Hill was a founding proceduralist at Brisbane Waters Private Hospital Cardiac Angiography Unit, established in 1996. Through to 2024 Dr Andrew Hill has (through Central Coast facilities) completed over 4600 percutaneous coronary interventions, making Dr Hill the longest established procedural cardiologist on the Central Coast, NSW. Dr Hill also established the Cardiac Angiography Unit at Gosford Hospital in 2002, requiring political lobbying & training of nursing staff. Dr Andrew Hill recruited additional cardiologists to support Coronary Artery Interventions & Coronary Artery Angiograms initially performed by himself from September 2002 onwards
